Regarding PMI audit process

Hi
My question is related to PMI audit process while applying for PMP certification.
If i have worked for say for 3 companies in my professional career. Is it mandatory to take signatures/signs from my all my previous supervisors from all those 3 companies?

No
Not mandatory.
Even if your present manager signs on your experience form (audit letter) you are done. For further info you might want to mail customercare@pmi.org.
