Question from PMP Lite Mock Exam...

  1. The technique most commonly used by project management software packages to construct a project schedule network diagram is:
    1. Activity-On-Node (AON)
    2. Finish-to-Start (FS)
    3. Activity-In-Node (AIN)
    4. Node-On-Activity (NOA)

Hi Ramana,

The answer is "A" or AON.

B is dependency.

C and D are fake/made up terms.

Warmly, KK....

You are correct, I bit confused about A and B.

However, A is the correct answer.

Regards,

Ramana

Hi Ramana,

There is nothing to be confused about. "A" is the only schedule network diagramming technique in the 4  listed options.

Finish to start, start to finish etc, these are all dependency determination. Meaning, let this be done then will do that and then that and then that.

C and D are made-up terms. Forget about it.
