And now we are 6 :)

KK....

Friends,

The Answes are:

1. C

2. A

3. A

I was wrong on 3 and had put in B as the answer thinking a CCB's job is to review and approve requested changes but it actually is "Releasing only approved changes". This was again tricky because the question was asking on preserving the integrity of project baselines.

Let me know if anyone needs any explanation on 1 and 2 as well. I would be too willing to send it across.

Warmly, KK....

Sorry Pawan. You were bang on.

Apologies. You were perfectly correct and you are not a part of the deadly SIX. Sorry.

Warmly, KK...

Can you post the explanation to Q2?

Monitoring implementation of approved changes when and as they occur, comparing actual project performance against the PMP, and providing forecasts to update current cost and performance against the PMP are activities in M&C.

Adapting approved changes into the project scope, plans, and environments is part of of directing and managing project execution, not M&C activities.

Thanks, KK...

Ah, yes. Makes complete sense.

for Question 2 wrong option was A

Adapting approved changes into the project scope, plans, and environment

This task is not part of M&C  Processes but infact part of execution. yes.

Yes, that is why A becomes the right answer.

You are true. Choice A is DMPE or Direct & Manage Proj Execution. True Ravi.
