PV= Planned Value
EV= Earned Value
AC= Actual Cost
Do not bother much about the abbreviations. In the exam all will be spelled out.

YES A is correct
Refer 5th line of p 182
others are some thing different compare wth Definition of BAC p 428
EV for a project = BCWP
AC plus remaining funding value = AC+(BAC-AC) or AC+(EAC-AC), partially correct as DIBA answered partially.
An estimated value during any stage of project is known as = AC+ETC.
this q is framed by me.
