Definition of the project team and acquisition of the project team

Develop human resource plan defines the project team (not just the role but the persons), either in the RAM or in the project organization chart.
How are defined the team members? is-it our "dream team", i.e. not the final team?
Then the acquire project team process refines this list by selecting/negotiating (acquire) the staff that will be really assigned to this project.
Am-I right?

NO.....
"Develop human resource plan" process will NOT acquire or recruit the resources. Here you identify the required skills, staffing management plan(when to acquire, when to release, rewards criteria etc...), roles and responsibilities and the reporting structure. Example: 1 Project Lead, 5 developers, 1 technical lead and all reports to a project manager etc... Here you work on HOW you are going to manage the team.
Now Using the above HUMAN RESOURCE PLAN; "Acquire project team" is the process of acquiring the resources with the skillset mentioned in the plan.

I understand that the
I understand that the develop human resource plan do not acquire resources but does it select/define the resources that we would like to acquire?
I would assume that on the project organization chart, resource breakdown we name some resources (e.g. Brad, Joe) and not just the role (architect, QA).

It defines the resources
It defines the resources that we would like to acquire. You might see some names in the chart, they are the members who continues in the team from 'Initiating' process itself. or they could be from pre-assignment technique.
