Rita's questions are good, there are many reputed sources which offer questions which are close to real exam, so its difficult to nail down just one of them.

Bank on your first hand powerful experience
Hi
Please do not draw any conclusion or become prejudiced based on what others has experienced, but feel free to use LL as a reference points and guidance for your own preparation. Making decision based on someone else LL could be misleading.
Go through all above mentioned exam, bank on your first hand powerful experience and form your own opinion instead of going by second hand (stale) information and I am sure with progression of time you will have your own discoveries.
Have a look at my blog post on importance of mock exam simulators . There is good collection of material and questions available on pmzilla as well.
Keep us posted, how it goes.

To my knowledge and experience
To my knowledge and experience, Rita Mulchay questions is not close to PMP exam, however is the best material available across. Rita Mulchay tips especially the answer explanation is something no one can compete with, it provides to best tips and techniques to solve tricky situational question.
However, majority of PMP exam questions would not be like Rita. See this forum what people have said about PMP exam closeness what they found to be.
Some of the recommended mock test would give you bad result, but not sure why do you get discourage having known that PMP exam is for a mature and smart people. Some mock test keeps passing marks as 80%, some as 85% etc and hence you see their result as discouraging. You should not see from the negative side, tough exam would open your eyes more to dig into PMBOK. The reality is failing in Mock exam does not mean you have failed in PMP exam, isn’t’ it? So why discourage? Instead of seeing the mock exam result, see the percentage you have scored, anything like 70% or more is good. In case you see tough questions, anything like 60% or more is good. Keep these protocols and make use of good referred mock test.

Another important thing
In addition to all that have been said above please remember that the mock test will only allow you to find out the areas of weakness and the readiness of your study. What will ensure you success in the exam is to revise topics on the weakness areas and take readiness to the next level. In the last few days it is very important that you also read notes that you might have made for things that you are unable to remember or the Rajesh Nair's notes or the course material if it is only a summary and easily readable in 4 to 6 hours.
Best of Luck.
