I am scoring bad on this topic on lehman exam which had 3 questions on this.. i only have 5 days left. Should i invest on this topic, as in RMC books this topic is not stressed.

As long as you can answer
As long as you can answer questions from genuine sources, dont worry too much about Config Mgmt. Lehman is known to be different and questions may not respresent the real exam in my opinion.
