I guess 1st thing to do is review yourself as to why they got refused ? One can look at the Charter, Scope, WBS, Activities etc. upon which both Budget,Schedule estimates are based upon.
1. Make sure the rejection is formal (not verbal) 2. Analyze the rejection and its cause as formally communicated 3. If you have any questions/concerns on it, have a private discussion with the official rejection authority 4. Discuss with your Team, senior management and concerned stakeholders for NEXT action.
