Where is this question from?

Who knows where the following question is from?

102: A number of approaches can be helpful when estimating resource requirements for activities on a project. Assume you are managing a project and you have already prepared your WBS. When you decomposed your WBS, it has 45 work packages. you then prepared an activity list. Now, you are preparing your schedule and determining your resource requirements. You found there were about 30 activities that you could not estimate with a reasonable degree of confidence, so you and your team decided to use which one of the following approaches to help with these activity resource estimates:

a. Resource breakdown structure.

b. Published estimating data

c. Alternatives analysis

d. Bottom-up estimating

The question is from a 200Qs practice test. I don;t know the source of it . The test is so tough that I only scored 63% for 150Qs from it. I scroed 73% for PMStudy Free Test and 81% for Head First free test. 63% is really frustrating...

Dear Mr. Danny

what ever be the source , question is quite perfect and of good category.

It is directly related to above section of PMBOK 4E

sspawar, Yes, I also realized that 200Qs is of good quality, although I've got quite low score . The test revealed a lot of gaps of my knowledge on PMBOK. I'm reviewing PMBOK for the 3rd run, extensitively.

But I still want to know who the writer of the test is.

thanks.

There hundreds and thousands questions are floating on various websites.

Ist of all from where you got this question, you know better.

writers or source later can be traced out.

Regards

My answer would be D. Bottom Up Since we are estimating the cost based upon activities (& up)

You're right, dude.
