Rita 7th should be the preferred choice as it’s made considering the new exam pattern applicable after 31-Aug-2011. However, even Rita 6th would work since both are based on PMBOK v 4.
It looks like you are totally new to PMP and you have not much idea about the exam. This exam is not like other certification where you study, pay fee and pass. There are eligibility criteria, acceptance of your application before you can enroll for the PMP exam or start study.
Thanks for the vauable informaiton. It seems I'll be eligible for the exam after taking the 35 hours of project management education and completing the stidies.

PMBOK--5
It seems PMBOK's 5th edition is also available. Which one would be good to study for giving the same exam this year?

If you plan to give PMP
If you plan to give PMP exam after Feb-2013 (Tentatively) you will have to use PMBOK v 5. For now the PMBOK version is 4th.
