rmcproject.com - They stole my money

I registerd for their PMP course and payed 860 usd.. i was able to access the course the first day failed to load. Although i could still access the online sample. Now even the online sample is not accesable, they blame me saying it is my problem..

can you please try to access the online sample and tell me what you get.

It doesn't work. Stays hung up in "Loading" state forever. Tried on Chrome, Mozilla and IE8.

Yes thats the problem and they are not convinced, they keep saying it is my issue.

Majjour - Not sure your money is really lost. RMC is very trusted and brand PMP education provider. Did you check with them…I guess yes? Did you talk about refunding your money if the application they have developed does not work? They should refund you….this is basic professional ethical duty.


When is your PMP exam, did you check other options so that you don’t end up in loosing valuable time. Keep in mind, don’t loose your time, keep looking for other options.

My exam is next tuesday.. i only registered with them to refresh and close some knowledge gaps last week.

The experiance i had with them lead me to lose some valuable time. With the lost time i am now forced either to change the exam time or to go with the last few days frustration in my head.

The issue that made me upset, is that while contacting their support i was only faced with denial that something was wrong on their side, that was their goal to say it is my problem.

On another hand they mentation on their site, that if

"your system presents the graphics, audio and video in this sample correctly, you should have no problem using any of RMC's e-Learning based materials"

Thats not true as their support representative told me:

"

The free sample lesson is a completely different and separate course than the for-sale course."

Those two statments completely contradict.

Just to be clear that I am in no way trying to say that all RMC products are bad, i have the book 7ed and it is a peace or art...

I am sharing my lessons learned.

This is strange, anyway good and bad side is all part of life. Let's be positive and think about what we can do NEXT over what is lost.


You have about 10 days, right? I have been noticing many people trying these FREE good materials and passing PMP in case they secure good and are confident.

In next 3-4 days can you try these and check where do you stand? If you are getting good marks (70% or above) go ahead for PMP otherwise extend it for a month ASAP. Don’t knowingly fail in PMP my friend. I am sure you understand what I say.

 Ok after I posted the above reply, I pressed "NEXT" to move to next screen which was loaded. Then I pressed "NEXT" again and now video is not loading hmm.....

I left that tab opened and went to browser other sites. After sometime when I came back to that tab then the video was loaded. So I guess it works but sometime you may have to wait a little due to server load!?

the real issue is that their sample requires different technical requirements than the real course, so even if the sample works their is no garuntee that the real course will work, this is my actual problem.
