Hi All,

I took my PMP on 22 Apr 2012 and cleared the exam. It was sigh of relief and joy when i saw "Congratulation on passing PMP " on  the screen. 

I primarily studied with Rita edition 6 and PMBOK. Went through Rita almost 4 times and PMBOK 3 times. Took all the test in Rita at end of each chapter. Everytime i read Rita i ensured i took the test again. Although i would have checked the answers previous time , this helped me in in setting my mind to approach questions.

A week before the exam i took up the following test

1. oliverlehmann - 175 questions

2. Head First PMP (200 questions)

3. PMP Fast Track (200 Super PMP)

I also took up oliverlehmann 75 questions and two days before the exam i went through ITTO twice. The day before exam i did not study anything.

I have not given the marks i scored in practise tests because believe me the marks are not important as long as you go back and find out why you got a question wrong. what did u miss to read in the question, what would be the proper approach. Its basically to chnage the way you think and approach the questions. Thats how i took it  (i did pass in all of them)

Finally be confident and do not get nervous before exam else you might end up rescheduling the exam. It did happen to me twice. Be confident on what you know and understand the ITTO that will help.  Most of the questions which says what should PM do next ? analyze which area the question is talking about, whats the problem discussed in the question, till what process / step has the PM completed and wht should be next. for this you need to know ITTO.
