Hi All,
I have one basic Question regarding Charter. Does Project Charter contains Preliminary Scope statement? came across during mock tests.
Charter has high level requirements, constraints, assumptions. Please clarrify.

Yes
Yes, keep in mind Project charter is a document that can have anything what you know before starting the project i.e. constraints, assumptions, scope, cost, risk etc. If you see the word “Preliminary” or “High Level”, it means it can be put to the project charter.
Hope this helps!

Yes it contains Preliminary
Yes it contains Preliminary Scope statement. Project Charter is created early in the project lifecycle (during initial phase) and Scope Statement can't be detailed by that time.
