PASSED PMP EXAMS TODAY

Hi All,


I am happy to announce that I passed the PMP exams today on my first attempt. The more interesting part is that a diagnostic representation of my proficiency level per domain is shown below;
 
Initiation - Proficient
Planning - Proficient
Executing - Proficient
Monitoring and Controlling - Proficient
Closing - Proficient


I want to thank everyone and PM Zilla for the educative postings in this site. For those preparing to take the PMP examination, my strategy was to


- Stay focus with the goal in mind. I studied PMExam Prep by Rita Mulchahy and PMBOK (2 times)


-  I had an amazing study team. We were all supportive and very serious.


-  I practiced many questions (over 2,000 in all)


- I conditioned my mind for situational questions and learnt the trick to answering those questions.


I am thankful to God for the privilege to pass this examination on my first attempt.

Can you share with us your over 2,000 testing questions are from where? And your average score you got before you take the real exam?

My study practice questions were from


1. PMstudy


2. PM Exam Simulator


3. Actual test


4. PM Zilla


5. PM Fast Track and all the questions at the end of each cahpter of Rita Mulcahy's PMEXAM Book


6. Other free online PMP questions you can get from google.


There were some not too difficult questions where I scored over 90% while for the more difficult ones like in PM Exam Simulator, I scored average of 85%.

Thanks for sharing Information . I am also planning to take exam . I am having difficulty in answering situational questions . As you stated above regarding the situational questions , could you please share those tricks in solving these type of questions.

I need some help and support from you for my preparation.

I started my PMP preparation with Rita and Im finding tough to keep in mind everything in the book.


and when I read PMBOK for the same chapter in parallel, I feel that Im reading the same chapter again for first time and left out at times.


I'm preparing alone and don't have a group to discuss things.


Im losing confidence and focus because of my way of reading.


How to go about reading Rita or PMBOK?


Also would like to know what trick that you learnt to answer the questions in exam?
