Dear Friends,
Following questions confused me alot
Question: An organization wants to start a PMO, so how should project manager initiate it,
Choices:
a- Initiate PMO as seperate project
b- Simply form a PMO unit

I think the answer is a.
I think the answer is a.
Since every organization has different concept about PMO> One cannot just start a PMO unit . Once you initiate this as a project, then consultant may be hired to provide insight

I guess it is C
As for Initiating PMO, separate project charter is not issued.

I would also go with “C“. I would also want to know the right answer probabibly with the reasons too.
