For 3rd question, I will go
For 3rd question, I will go with 'A'. Though the question is open, not every project has a bearing on general public or other program managers but every project's outcome affects its sponsor, its customer and its Program Manager.

Vijay,
The option C also looks good but here we need to pick the best answer so A is the one i like to pick. The project manager, sponsor and client are always key stake holders. The key stake holders are the one who in management position or any one in decision making role.

Q3
Hi
After explaination from cplusplus and pkullika. for Q 3 i m worried. With which answer i should go? Both sounds correct.
but as per Cplusplus covering all posible list of stake holder is good obtion. only concern is here project tem is mentioned and project manager is not mentioned exclusively. otherwise i would have digested cplusplus explaination very easily.

Vijay: Project Team
Vijay:
Project Team includes Project Manager. So choice 'C' , if correct, includes all stake holders. I am not convinced with that answer as it includes all other Project Managers & General Public - not necessarily Stake holders in each and every project e.g. if I take up a project to upgrade some software that has nothing to do with public or other program managers they can't be stake holders

Hello Chandra,
Who are stake holders?
Even me confused with other project managers.
General public can be stake holders if they are affected by the project.
But other project managers i am no convinced.
This question i posted is from andy crowes. & answer aswell.
I missed only just because of other project managers also listed as a choice.
Thank you all for contributing your opinions.

1. No dispute it is
1. No dispute it is informal verbal
2. I will go with C "To collect the requirements from key people and to obtain clear authorization to lead the project". Collect requirement and develop project charter is part of initiating process group, which is first than any other things.
3. All four answers can be correct but I will go with A. Customer and project sponsor are most important, most powerful and most influcing stakeholders. If general public not affected by project, it can not be stakeholder. Project team can be stakeholder but project steering committee are not among the most powerful stakeholders.
4. It is D "Techniques in how to analyze project stakeholders"
Thanks
