1.) Which process group creates the contract change control system?

The correct answer is C. Executing

even i thought planning. i was wrong.

Explanation:

The contract change control system is defined in the contract, which is created as an output of the Conduct Procurements process, which is an executing process.

2.) Which of the following is an example of an independent estimate?

The correct answer is D. this one confused me.

D.  An estimate from a seller who is not able to provide the requested product or service

Explanation:

An independent estimate is an estimate from a seller who is not in your list of potential sellers, making 'D' the correct answer. There could be many reasons that the seller cannot provide the product or service. Perhaps the seller has a full schedule and cannot deliver by the date you need it. Perhaps the seller does not work in your geographic location. You can still get an estimate from this seller to use as a reality-check estimate as you evaluate the estimates from your other sellers.

3.) D which is correct .

Dear All,

Please clear my doubt regarding the Contract Amendment. I have got it in a sample questions, but I don't remember the answer options.

Q: In which part of the Contract; Project Manager's authority will be mentioned for changing the requirements?

Thanks

In the absence of answer choices, it is not easy to answer this question, but one scenario that fits to this situation is: " Cost Reimbursable Contract that provides the PM flexibility to redirect a seller whenever the scope of work can not be precisely defined at the start and needs to be altered, or when high risks may exist in the effort" (PMBOK 4- Page 323 2nd para under Cost Reimbursable Contracts).
