Rita EVM Exercise Fence #2

Hi All,
Would like to receive some help on the EVM exercise on Page 273.
In this exercise,the trend is not constant but yet EAC formula used is BAC/CPI.
Can anyone explain??

i got in RITA e-version pdf
i got in RITA e-version pdf page no 287 Exercise fence#2.
The question is stupidity.
They said Finish to Finish Relationship.
The question is totally confusing.
Actually they need to mention Fast TRack instead of F-2-F.
