PMP Examination Practice Questions - By Sean Whitaker

Hi,

I got this book PMP Examination Practice Questions - By Sean Whitaker from a very senior collaegue of mine who recently passed PMP.

Amazon has mixed reviews on this. Does anyone has any idea how is this book and the difficulty level of questions. Has anyone referred to this earlier. I solved first 3 chapters questions and looked very basic and pretty straight. Now I am thinking if we get such questions in actual exam ?
