Hello,
Please let me know the right answer for the following question:-
A project team member informs you that a particular task is taking much more time than what was budgeted. You are surprised because you had not anticipated this delay, and you call a status review meeting of your team to determine whether this variance requires an appropriate response. You are in which of the project management process groups?
Answers:-
A Initiating
B Executing
C Monitoring and Controlling
D Planning
Please let me know the correct answer.
I feel its C.
But the sample test tells its B.
Please explain

Executing
It's still in Executing as team members still doing the tasks.

This is my logic
B: Executing
M&C happens thruout the proj...so u can not be in M&C only... it overlaps with all other process groups....
So when such question appear...
you hv to think of Intiating OR Planning OR Executing OR Closing
