question on co-worker who fake to be PMP

q67 You are having lunch with one of your colleagues. He tells you in confidence that he lied about having a PMP certification, and never actually passed the exam. What is the BEST way to handle this situation?
a Report the person to PMI
b Report the person to his manager
c Ask him to tell the truth to his manager
d Do nothing because you were told this in confidence
what do you think and why

if this was a verbal
if this was a verbal statement made than its best to ask the person to go back and tell the truth.
If this was done in writing and PMP credentials were used in Forums, signatures etc, then you will have to report to PMI as its violation .

but in the above case he may not tell the truth to his manager.....so is it not best to report to his manager directly. / or to PMI?
