"Specific communication technologies available"   are Organizational process asset or Enterprise env. Factor ?

Communication technology does not belong to Organizational process asset or Enterprise env. Factor. If you look carefully it one of the tools and technique. Refer to page 288 in PMBOK

yes you are right...if you are looking for words like " specific communication technology available" then it belongs to Organizational process asset ( page 28 in pmbok) otherwise it a one of the tools and technique in manage communications.
Refer to genuine sources of mock test and I don't think such questions will appear in the exam.
