Submitted by philzs on Sun, 02/08/2015 - 16:28
Guys,
Input of control procurement are
Project Document
Project Management Plan
Agreement
Approved change request
Work performance report
Work performance Data
How can we compare the result to a Schedule Baseline, if we took work performance Data we have the "Actual" (where we are now) but where is the baseline in those input, If I read PMBok, when it describe Project Document and Project Management plan it doesnt talk about any plan schedule...
thanks

One of the inputs in project management plan. The project management plan contains schedule management plan and schedule baseline. This is your reference point here. Using work performance data from the direct and manage project work process, you evaluate the current status of your project in terms of activities that have started, their progress (e.g., actual duration, remaining duration, and physical percent complete), and which activities have finished. Using this info you will generate work performance information . You are also receiving the work performance report from the seller through monitor and control project work. Using work performance info and report, you will compare it with your schedule baseline.
