PMP Exam - Which answer to choose

When we attend the PMP Exam, which answer do you suggest when you have that kind of question

 

In which document will be most helpfull to find the scheduled training for your member

Staffing Management Plan

or

Human Resource Management Plan.

 

 

As Project Staff Assignments contains The training needs for your ressource, but the HR Management plan contains Staffing Management Plan.

Which do we should select?

You should always go for the HRM Plan. This is similar to a situation where you have to decide between a customer, stakeholder, vendor etc. You should always choose which is most generic. For example customer is a stakeholder and so is a vendor and so are other affected by project.

If multiple option exists then go with the generic one.
