PMP Exam

Is it possible to clear PMP Exam in first attempt?Actually one of my friend has not been able to clear his exam in his initial attempt.Now he is going to attend his 3rd attempt,hence any suggestions or tips in regards to this would be highly appreciated?

Hi

Majority of PMP aspirants clear in first attempt. If you do right preparation its not tough to clear. you should have some PM experience so that you can handle the situational questions.

if you have less PM experience then you need to put more time in studying and give more mock tests.

Understand all the concepts well, give mock tests ensure your score is in range of 70-80% , read LL and other posts on PMZilla. This website has a lot of material and experiences shared by thousands of PMP holders. If you read here you cannot go wrong in your final PMP exam

Well, PMP exam is a very tough exam. I will not say the questions are very tough but keeping the nerve and concentrate during the exam is tough (the set I received had many maths questions). I took my PMP exam this 10th Nov (1st attempt) and fortunately I passed :). Thanks to PMzilla, PMstudy.

My manager prepared for 4 months but failed on his 1st attempt (passed on his 2nd attempt though). I am not trying to discourage but yes many people fail for the 1st time.
