I have been getting confused between validation & closing wrt deliverable acceptance. I know the deliverable is accepted in the scope validation part, when is the formal acceptance done? in validation or closing? and when will the customer give the formal document wrt acceptance? is this also done in validation or closing. My exam is due today evening, so a fast reply will be on great help

When the question says - you have completed the work and customer has accepted the deliverable - that means we are in the closing phase right...or is it validation
