You are a project manager and received an inportant change request from a powerful stakeholder. You have done the impact analysis and documented the change. You have submitted this change to change control board for approval. What would the CCB do next?
A)CCB by its own process would evaluate the change request and approve or reject
B)CCB would contact you to know more and on your agreement they would approve
C)CCB documents and communicates to the stakeholders for information and follow up actions
D)CCB can tell you to start making changes by the time it's approved

Yes, even I too have answered as A. Whereas C is given as answer. I feel that once action A is completed, CCB shall perform action C
Is my understanding correct?

If you look at the change
If you look at the change request anatomy, the information or communication to stakeholder comes after the CCB approval or rejection..
I have been asking this question to you since long time, what is the source of these questions...you haven't provided that information.
