 Yes, I got confused in choosing between HR plan and RACI, as

RACI matrix is a tool under Develop HR plan  process will talk about roles and responsibilities and HR Plan output of Develop HR plan  process also descibes roles and responsibilities

I need clarity please

Under HR Plan (output) there three main things you find,

1. Resource assignment matrix (RAM): RACI is example of it

Responsible, Accountable, Consult, Information

2. Organization Charts

3. Staffing management plan: This resource calendar, Resource histogram, Rewards and recongnition, Resource release crtiteria, Safety, Trainings etc.
