 As 1 and 2 are  incorrect as it is clearly stated as part of Distribute Information Process, they have created an information retrival system so both 1and 2 are not valid. We need to select from 3 or 4. Coming to 3 this is covered as Tools and Techniques for distribute information---in one of the words "to share information", So this is not valid. So the best answer is 4.

Kindly post the correct answer.

The explanation is given as follows:

Option 4 (communication methods like status review meetings) is one of the tools and techniques used for Report Performance process, which is performed after Distribute Information process.

Activities stated in options 1, 2, and 3 are part of Plan Communications process (which is performed before Distribute Information process).
