Hi Karthik,

Thanks for giving me an opportunity to help you in answering these questions. I feel it would be injustice as my friend sspawar (who is a frequent visitor for this blog) would take my response odd, as I feel he has posted these simple questions for people like you to respond. I am sure sspawar would share the answer soon.

Posting 10 questions for its answers is not meant for me to interfere. If you have questions or concerns over any question, post it as a single separate topic so that the subject remains same, there are many volunteers like me who would help you out.

Thanks,
Saket, PMP

Please provide answers..

Thanks Saket and Sorry Pawar. Since I find both of  your names often in the forum, it was typo. Actually I meant Pawar :-)

very correct 100 % answered dear Mr Kartik.

Thanks Mr. Pawar... your questions are definite confidence builders for PMP aspirants like you.

Why question 7 correct answer is A and not D?

Regarding point number 2, so basically when a diagram shows duration for each activity like the one below, it means leads/lags are already there? I mean this duration has been calculated taking into account both leads and lags?
