In my opinion, baring a few minor changes, there is no not much difference in the 6th edition.

I hope you have got a good understanding, if not, please read my blog which provides you the differences in a very simple manner.

In brief, Some of the knowledge areas have renamed and number of processes have been increased. Hence there is not much of difference and therefore no need to worry. Good luck to you to appear in exam with 6th edition.
