My guess is Answer D. grond
My guess is Answer D. grond rules are something to do specific to project and the project manager can make a ground rule which could help to build a good relationship with the customers. A and B are directly related to ground rules and "C" is bit confusing and I interprent as above. So, I guess its "D".

I read some where in free test in other way, all 3 are true and hence option D is correct.

If D is the right answer, 'Non of the above', then all the above three options should be correct answers.
The question is asked to pick the answer which is not correct for Ground Rules..

Yes, true Venkat.
I also thought the same if the question is asking what is "UNtrue" then C is the only possibility and "None of the Above" would mean every option is true where as "C" is untrue.
