ITIL is industry specific, while PMP is industry agnostic. You can't really compare the two.
Assuming you are building a career into IT services, for what I have learned talking to colleagues, ITIL is the way to go.
PMP course is useful for the people who are working in projects,
where as ITIL is useful for purely IT employees. You can follow the below links for these courses.
