Want to give my 100%
Hi
I have my exam scheduled in 3 weeks from now and have read PMBOK and Rita once ..thinking of devoting last week for exams and reading my handmade notes and glossary of PMBOK..few of the mock tests i have taken i am scoring 65%
Now i want to know should i read heads first now or rita again ...rita i found didnt illustrate ITTO nicely like the way its given in PMBOK and the tone often tends to demotivate and scare
At this juncture i really want to give 100% in the remaining time ..Pls suggest apart from the known free tests which sites paid exams should be bought and as i asked which book to choose for the remaining time

65% is low score, so try to
65% is low score, so try to take few more mock tests. PMZilla, PMStudy are good ones to consider for paid mock tests.
Headfirst is easy to read and understand , after that you may want to switch to Rita for additional information.
All the best.

time is a constraint
Hi Admin
Thanks for your response but the limitation is that i have only 19 days left so just thinking i might not be left with time to go with Rita after heads first so from an perspective that after reading which book i would be more prepared what do you suggest , should i read heads first now or rita

READ AND RE_READ PMBOK
PMBOK is the PMP bible.
Definitions etc are quoted directly from PMBOK. I was scoring just like you in 60-70 but ended up passing with 3P and 2 MP. I was working full time and took just one day off for the exam. Last 2 weeks read, revise, think only PMP and you will do it too.
If possible try to memorized ITTO's Some questions directly are like for process X which are tools and techniques. if you can relate them and get it correct good. If not learn them by heart.

PMstudy tests
Hi Puneet,
As advised by the Admin, you can take the online tests of PMstudy. I have been using Pmstudy online tests for my preparation and I would definitely recommend you for this.
The tests are said to be very similar to the real exam and if you are getting a score above 65% then you are well on track to be PMP certified soon.
You can even take PMstudy free tests available onn their website if still in doubt.
What else have you been using for your preparation?
Regards,
Pete
