Very tricky question.
Mike is a PM for an IT technology Implementation project. He is using an Ishikawa Diagram to figure out what could have caused the potential risk in his project. which process describes this?
Options:
a) Risk Identification
b) Qualitative Analysis
c) Quality Control
d) Risk Response
I answered C because the question is saying "What could have caused" which means the problem already happened, I related "caused" to "defect".
The answer given is Risk Identification, I know Ishikawa Diagram is a tool of this process but this is more of a planning activity.
After thinking for an hour, I saw the word "Potential" which means " Having or showing the capacity to develop into something in the future". finally realised that (a) is right
