URGENT: Calculation of critical path - query

Hi,

I have my exam on 20th. Can anyone quickly clarify the following please:

Do we need to take into account lead/lag when we calculate the critical path? Also, when calculating the duration do we need to consider lead/lag?

Kindly help.
