Hello folks. Some have asked me how to understand situation questions, some asked how to know it is a situational question. Well, let me explain.
 
Situational - means the question requires an answer based upon the situation, and require you to have experience applying project management in situation in the real world.

What about the question context? i call it context - which refers to the root subject within which the required answer to the question evolves. You should not be mixed up with context and situational. Context is independent of situation. Whatever type of question it is, the context is always present and has to be determined.  Read more!
