Congratulations on PMP

I think answer to 1st question should be D

For 2nd question, once a verbal CR has been received you would document it first, then do impact assessment, send to change control board. If your project is in final stages and if CR can have adverse impact then you may try and convince the stakeholder to take it up after the current project completes

All the best on your results Ssc2046. I am waiting for my result too.

For question 1 Answer is C. PM should be concentrating on the idea that is generated/discussed first.

For question 2 Answer is A. Following the standard Change control process. A PM can document a change request for a stakeholder.

Took the exam today and answered C to Question 1 and A to question 2 also. Very few Ethics questions despite the supposed changes to the exam. Lots of Risk Questions - not my favourite Process Group, but fingers crossed.

Not a single one that I can recall. Same as you with many questions on the Risk Process Group.

My questions were very wordy and filled with misdirection. Did you get the CV question that then listed what looked like answers to a CPI question?

I hate that we need to now wait for the results.

....i think most of the cals are no need to calcualate...one que about CPIF contract cost calculation which Target cost < Actual cost...
