Time needed for prep.

This is saurabh, i wanted to know how much time is needed for preparation, I have 4 years experience as PM

Welcome to pmzilla,

 

If you have experience as PM and you are already doing planning, executing , monitoring then it should not be too tough, I would say around 2 months preparation of 2-4 hours per day should be sufficient.

 

Try to read one chapter and see how much time it takes.
