And, as expected, RPS is true on all.
RPS, please explain how PDM is used as one-time estimate for schedule determination. Neither RD nor I understood it much. Though we could guess it right!

As I understand
UNLIKE PERT (3POINT ESTIMATE TECHNIQUE) PDM HAS ONE TIME ESTIMATE FOR CALCULATING DURATION.
UNLIKE MONTE CARLO PDM, HAS NO ALTERNATIVE ESTIMATES OR DURATIONS.
