Why do i need to read Rita's process chart.  I know the 42 processess from PMBOK.  Has anybody found any benefit reading that?.   If you think it's useful, please explain.  I am in a dilema, if i need to pay attention to it.  Is she trying to explain in detail the 42 process chart in PMBOK?.
