I am preparing for the PMP exam and, as many others, I have stumbled over the concept and calculation of EV, PV.

The main books I have consulted explain these terms either through formulae that one has to memorize, or through intricate graphical representations difficult to digest.

I didn't want to end memorizing and applying the formulae in a mechanical way. And I came up with a more edible way of visualizing and calculating both EV and PV using two graphs instead of one as it is usually presented.
