As per PMI Official update, PMBOK 5th edtion based exam will come into force from 31st July 2013.

 Those who are planning to give PMP exam on or after 31st July 2013, should stop focussing on 4th edtion PMBOK and subscribe for PMI membership right now.

By doing so, PDF versions of  5th PMBOK  will be made available effective from 27th  December 2012 as part of member benefits.
