The tests on PMP exam always tells me that "Dude, read each and every questions V V carefully, else in spite of knowing the answer, you may be incorrect.'

This is exactly what happened to me 10 minutes back. I got the answer to a supposedly easy question wrong because I did not read the question promptly and here goes the question:
