I have a doubt in the sequence of the project management processes.

For example Resource calendar is the O/P of Acquire project tea and we use that as I/P to Estimate Activity resources in Tiem management.So after creating WBS->define activities->sequence activities ,we start creating HR management plan?

Can anyone help me understanding this sequence?
