Suggestions for answering "Next Action / Best Action / First Action" Questions

 Hi,

I am preparing myself for PMP exam and couldn't able to crack the questions which says "What is the BEST/NEXT/First/Last action should be taken by PM in this situation"

Any suggestion on how to analyse and crack these questions.

Read the PMBoK and give more mock tests, you will be able to eventually crack these questions.  Once your concepts are clear its no big deal
