SPI before task should start?

How to calculate EV, CPI and SPI for this example?


- assume task or project has BAC = 1000
- planned start (PS) of a task or project is in the future
- therefore the PV = 0
- teams did not wait until they are allowed to start and have already performed 75% of the work
- AC = 300

 I guess we will have to calculate EV for future date assuming PV > 0.  What is the exact question ?
