SOW vs Charter vs Project Scope Statement vs Scope of Work
The following is the order of sequence and the meaning of each terms as i understand, am i wrong? Please justify if i am wrong, thanks you.
1. Statement of Work - Create by Sponser
To status the overview of the product/service they want, the budget and the deadline.
2. Project Charter - Create by StakeHolder
To approve the project, status the product/service Description, business case, cost and more define in PMBOK.
3. Project Scope Statement - Create by Project Manager
The Proposal of project, create by PM on Initiating Process Group.
4. Scope of Work - Create by Project Manager
The detail of the work, output of Define Scope process to create WBS.
And finally, what is "Scope Statement", is it same as "Project Scope Statement"?
I search on Google, and i found the wording is quite different.
Thanks you very much for help!

According to PMI the Project
According to PMI the Project Charter is the Formal Authorization of a Project. Without a Charter you do not have a project. The SOW is the "description of the products and services" and will reference the Business Need, Scope Description and Organization's Strategic Plan.
