 Which of the following is true regarding the Project Statement of Work?

a. The Project Statement of Work describes the factors that influence the project's success.

b. The project statement of work is one of the outputs to the develop Preliminary Project Scope Statement process

c. The project statement of work is one of the outputs to the develop project charter process and develop preliminary scope statement process

d. The project statement of work describes the processes and procedures for conducting work and knowledge base for storing and retrieving information

It says the answer is C but I thought the SOW was an input to the Develop Project Charter Process and the Project Charter was the output.

With so many million mock exams and rando questions out there ... this is going to be my major concern when I am done reading Rita and starting with the questions.


Has anyone compiled a list of mock exam, say just 5 to 6 of them, that are "2012-2013" compliant and built along the lines of PMBOK v4?

 I found one or two questions in every so far favorite packages.

I can say about the trick how to know that is it from old pmbok?

while you are studying pmbok 4 or rita 7, it is 100% sure that in mock packages as soon you across with any old term you will fail to solve it.

then you should put that term in pdf search box of pmbok 4.

it will definitely show you , that it is of pmbok 4 or any old.

in last pages of pmbok 4  many tables are given showing old terms with their versions. your search may take you on that if really it is old.
