Since the project is in the execution phase, and the team has estaplished good knowledge of the work. I believe that choice "B" reflects the most adequate approach because during execution the PM has to do more of coaching and facilitating

I understand that you think
I understand that you think both B and C could be right options, However C has the word "Everyone" usually such generic words are seldom right answers. Once the team has started performing you only need to be a faciliator and play supporting role
